Production span : 1916- The King horns were produced by H.N. White Company, which was founded by Henderson N. White in 1893. In 1915, work began on the design of a King saxophone, and this model was introduced in 1916. In 1932, new alto and tenor models was introduced known as Voll -True II horns. in 1935 the Voll True II was essentially renamed as Zephyr. After world war II, King introduced the legendary Super 20 model. In 1995 King exited the world with the Super 21. Today, King produces only student line models.
